We pick them up and plant them.

A one-year guarantee, stated plainly

When we supply and install the plants, we guarantee them for one year — and the conditions come in writing with the estimate, not discovered later. Plants need to be watered, and a plant lost to drought neglect or deer browsing is not a warranty claim. We would rather say that up front than argue about it in July. To make watering nearly automatic, every full installation includes soaker hose run through the beds: connect a garden hose, run it twenty minutes, and walk away.
